The ex- unit manager had her last day on Friday and the new one started. A senior nurse went on annual leave for 5 weeks, another manager went on long service leave for 3 months, and another manager got pregnant. The department is constantly changing and we all hope for some improvements and less politic issues.
I can now do things without any hassles and I can change things. It's like creating my own little kingdom, which isn't going to be easy.
